WHAT TO EXPECT
Chair Massage is a short, therapeutic massage where the recipient sits fully clothed on a specially designed chair. The chair offers full support to your head, arms and knees while allowing me access to your neck, shoulders, back and arms.

This type of massage is great for reducing stress and muscle tightness, improving circulation, and supporting your immune system.
